THE PRODUCT

We grade our product: quality, commercial and expendable.

QUALITY GRADE is our top quality pallet. Deck boards are sound, there are no loose knots or holes, no white speck, no knots to interfere with nailing or fastening. Defects in wood are minimal. Wood is unstained and warp on boards does not exceed l/8th-inch in six-inch width. These are intended to be permanent warehouse pallets.

COMMERCIAL GRADE serves well as a combination warehouse and shipping pallet when return is question- able. Larger knots are permitted, as are knotholes up to one-quarter the width of the deckboards. Wood used is sound and firm with minimal white speck or pitch pockets.

ONE WAY SHIPPING is an expendable pallet designed to perform a necessary shipping function at the most reasonable cost.

QUALITY GRADE "HARDWOOD", all our hardwood pallets are constructed from a combination of ALDER, MAPLE, and BIRCH. Defects in any of these quality pallets are minimal, intended use, permanent warehouse sytle pallets. Besides our numerous styles of pallets, we have the flexi- bility to add other designs to the list. Our production line uses up to 17 million board feet of timber (mainly western fir and hemlock) in a year. We maintain an inventory of finished product and raw materials in our five acre storage area which allows us to immediately fill customer needs.

PACIFIC PALLET will manufacture pallets in any size or style or grade to best suit customer needs.

OTHER PRODUCTS are fish bins, concentrate bins, fruit and vegetable bins, furniture vaults, collapsable bins and dunnage. KD/HT kiln-dried heat treated pallets for export.




TWO WAY FLUSH. All deck boards are flush with the edge of the stringers. This pallet can be entered from two sides only.

FOUR WAY FLUSH. Construction is similar to A except the stringers are notched to allow entry from four sides.

WING TYPE. Stringers are set in from the ends of the deck boards to facilitate use of slings or fork lift trucks.

FOUR WAY BLOCK TYPE. Wood blocks are used to permit entry from four sides.
